What is included in managed DevOps services?

How is this different from DevOps as a service?
They mean the same thing: an outside team runs your DevOps on a monthly plan, instead of you hiring in-house.
How fast do you respond?
Within one business day for normal requests. Faster response and on-call for production incidents are part of the AI Platform Partner plan.
Do we keep control of our infrastructure?
Yes. Everything lives in your cloud accounts and your repositories, defined as code. You can see every change.
Can we cancel?
Yes, with 30 days notice. If you later hire in-house, we help with hiring and a clean handover.
